No. Every DWP benefit has its own helpline, and staff on one line usually cannot see another benefit's records. Pick the line for the benefit you are calling about.
Are DWP phone lines free?
Yes. DWP moved its claimant lines to freephone 0800 numbers, so calls cost nothing from UK mobiles and landlines.
