Common questions
Is the Acas helpline free?
The advice is free. The call itself is a standard-rate 0300 number, which sits inside inclusive minutes on most plans.
Will Acas tell my employer I called?
No. The helpline is confidential and advisers do not contact your employer.
Can Acas help with a P45 or P60 problem?
No, those are HMRC matters. Call the HMRC employees line on 0300 200 3300 instead.
