Common questions

My employer went bust owing me wages. Which line?

Redundancy payments, 0330 331 0020. It covers redundancy pay, notice pay, holiday pay, wage arrears and lost pension contributions.

Why can I not get through on a Friday afternoon?

Both lines close at 3pm on Fridays, 2 hours earlier than the rest of the week.
