Can UKVI tell me when my visa decision will come?
No. The contact centre cannot comment on personal circumstances, timelines or likely outcomes. For advice on your own case, gov.uk points to Citizens Advice or a registered immigration adviser.
Is the UKVI line free?
It is a standard-rate 0300 number: the same cost as a landline call, included in most call plans.
